The Simly Guarantee
You only pay for successful verifications. If you do not receive an SMS code, the money is automatically returned to your Simly account balance. Zero risk involved.
1. Automatic Refund System
Our system is designed to be risk-free for users. Here is how it works:
- When you buy a number, the amount is temporarily "Held".
- You have 20 minutes to receive the SMS code.
- If no code is received within this time, the order is cancelled and the funds are instantly credited back to your wallet.
- You do not need to contact support for this; it is completely automatic.
2. Wallet Deposits
Funds added to your account via Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, or Crypto are non-refundable to your personal bank/mobile banking account, except in highly specific special circumstances.
Note: Once you load money into the Simly wallet, it can only be used to purchase our services. Please deposit only what you plan to use.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- Wrong Service Selection: If you bought a "Facebook" number but tried to use it for "Gmail".
- Code Delivered: If the OTP code appears on your dashboard, the service is marked as complete. We are not responsible if your account gets banned after verification due to your IP address or device issues.
- User Error: If you cancel the activation manually after receiving the code.
4. Technical Issues & Errors
If you face a technical error where money was deducted from Crypto/Bkash/Nagad/Rocket but not added to your Simly Balance:
- Take a clear screenshot of the payment transaction ID.
- Contact our support team immediately via LiveChat, Telegram or Email.
- We will manually verify the transaction and add the funds to your account within 1 to 6 hours.
